1. Payment Provider
enable uses Stripe, a secure and PCI-compliant third-party payment processor, to handle all online payments.
2. Subscription Billing
All services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your selected subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
3. Payment Method
You must provide a valid debit or credit card at the time of purchase. Stripe will securely store your payment information to process recurring payments.
4. Invoicing and Receipts
Invoices and receipts for all payments will be sent to your registered email address after each successful transaction.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the payment. If payment continues to fail, your service may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services unless required by law.
7. Security and Data
Stripe encrypts and protects your payment data using industry-leading security protocols. enable does not store your card information.
