This is backed up by some core financial and cashflow planning. This is a perfect way to experience Enable and begin our long term business collaboration.
What is in Core?
Our core product provides all the benefits of Start with the addition of a platform for your business management needs. This includes overall business planning, client contract frameworks,financial reviews and the management of your key professional service providers (like your lawyers or your accountants). You will also benefit from enhanced financial tracking including tailored payments runs and a dedicated account manager.
What is in Premium?
Our premium product meets all of your business management needs building on our core product to give you ultimate peace of mind and let you focus on what you do best. As well as our core platform product this includes proposal frameworks and support, pricing models, core supplier management, appropriate governance, Quality Assurance and core HR frameworks. You will also benefit from a dedicated account manager and an enable Executive Quarterly Review.
What is in Platinum?
Our platinum service builds on all of the above to then develop a bespoke advisory service based on our knowledge and direct engagement with your business. We build a package with the relevant fractional and leadership support specific to your needs.
How does payment work?
We take payments monthly in advance via our website.
Can I cancel if I am not happy?
Yes you can cancel immediately with no further payment taken and your service will run until the end of the active month.
Will you work with my current accountant?
Yes we work with all of your professional service providers and support you in managing the relationship with them.
What does appropriate governance mean?
All businesses need some stucture and process even the smallest or most creative. We tailor that process to suit you and your needs whilst providing the control your business needs.
Where are you based?
We are based in the UK with sites in Woking and Brighton.
What sectors do you support?
We support all sectors but specialise in consulting, technology and the creative sector.
What geographies do you support?
For now enable is UK focussed but we have clients in South East Asia.
