4. Subscriptions and Payments
Services are provided on a monthly recurring subscription basis.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the client.
Invoices and payment receipts will be issued electronically.
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by notifying us in writing.
Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services unless required by law.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables.
You retain full responsibility for your business decisions and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We treat your information with strict confidentiality and will not share it without your permission except as required by law.
Both parties agree to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

All content, materials, and tools provided remain the intellectual property of enable or its licensors unless explicitly assigned.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
